"For many years, my children and I lived in the Middle East and Europe which was a great adventure for all of us. My professional career began in restaurant management, but changed careers and moved into something more rewarding in 1995. I started in an Independent Living Community as Dining Room Coordinator and Theme Meal Planner. The resident’s smiles, laughter and instance gratification each day was such a pleasure, I knew that I wanted to work in activities. I now have 10 years experiences as an Activity Director and look forward to enriching the quality of life for the resident’s at Eden Terrace. To exceed our customers’ expectations is my challenge."
